He is also a recipient of the John McLeish Award from the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association for his "outstanding contribution and leading role in furthering excellence in advocacy skills for trial lawyers". He has also been inducted into the McMaster University Alumni Gallery to recognize his professional and community achievements.Bob has presented two LSUC special lectures on medical Malpractice: "Common Sense and Reasonable Inferences" and "An Overview of Pecuniary Damages in Personal Injury Claims." During his career, he has often been invited to speak about personal injury issues to professional associations, including OTLA, LSUC, CBA, Advocates Society, and The Hamilton Law Association.
