Prior to practicing in the United States, Besar worked for leading law firms in Albania where he represented foreign and domestic corporations in civil disputes and commercial transactions.Besar received his law degree from the University of Tirana and his two Master of Law Degrees from Stockholm University, Sweden (2011), and Pace Law School (2017), from which he graduated cum laude. He speaks fluent Albanian and Italian.
