He also has experience drafting license agreements with third-party users of famous trademarks to avoid genericide and loss of rights.Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Ben worked as an associate for an intellectual property law firm in Silicon Valley, where he assisted with pre-trial procedure, and conducted legal research.Ben graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law with honors in intellectual property, and received his B.S. in biology from Lehigh University.
