His subsequent service as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marines Corps, deploying multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, demonstrated his courage, strategic thinking, and ability to operate effectively under pressure, culminating in a distinguished discharge with the rank of Captain in 2015.
Returning home to Albuquerque, Mr. Roberts pursued his legal education at the University of New Mexico School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, he served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Gary L.
