She has been involved in every facet of that litigation from fact discovery, to bellwether trials, to post-trial briefing. At the time of her clerkship, Judge Fallon presided over the Chinese Drywall Products Liability MDL, Vioxx Products Liability MDL, and the Xarelto Products Liability MDL, where she had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the MDL world.
