Anne M. Her achievements include successfully representing a major insurer as lead counsel in a New Jersey coverage action seeking several hundred million dollars in insurance coverage and involving 14 hazardous waste sites across the country. Anne also served as counsel to the insurer throughout the successful jury trial and subsequent appeals in the ACC Chemical insurance coverage action, which sought over $100 million in insurance coverage. On behalf of her insurance clients, Anne has won summary judgment dismissing claims for defense and indemnity in a variety of matters, including cases of first impression in courts in New York and elsewhere.Anne wrote the chapter on environmental and toxic tort insurance coverage issues for New Appleman Law of Liability Insurance, one of the country’s leading insurance law treatises.A frequent speaker on insurance coverage issues, Anne has given seminars for the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and national and international insurance and reinsurance companies.Anne is the Co-Chair of Rivkin Radler’s Women’s Initiative Committee, Leadership Initiative Committee and Attorney Development Committee.
