About Angelique
Angelique helps clients resolve legal issues that can arise following the death or incapacity of loved ones. In these circumstances, feelings of sadness or anger can be overwhelming. Angelique listens carefully to her clients in order to really understand what they need, and then pursues their goals relentlessly. Former clients describe her as an astute negotiator who is very creative, caring, strong, witty and “a warrior in the truest sense of the word.” Angelique became interested in litigation while working on a lengthy sexual assault trial as a law student. Since that time, she has devoted her practice to advocacy, first at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee as a law student and then at a civil litigation firm for several years. From 2009-2016, she practiced estate, trust and capacity litigation at a Toronto firm, along with Angela Casey.
