At Greenberg Glusker, he previously served as Chair of the Marketing Committee for five years and as Co-Chair of the Lateral Partner Recruiting Committee, showcasing his dedication to team building and strategic growth. Andrew’s involvement with the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Los Angeles chapter, where he served as former President and held numerous leadership positions globally, reflects his commitment to advancing corporate growth and private capital investment within the middle market. He is a co-chair of ACG Los Angeles’ annual business conference – one of the largest events in the United States dedicated to the M&A community – and has been instrumental in driving corporate growth initiatives since 2006.
Andrew’s expertise extends beyond M&A, encompassing various aspects of corporate law. He has also served on the Supply Chain and Insurance & Marketplace Committees of VSP Global, highlighting his diverse skillset. He is a Guest Lecturer at Loyola Law School, a group leader for the M&A II group of ProVisors, and a member of the USC Business Network and the National Association of Corporate Directors, demonstrating his continued commitment to professional development and industry knowledge.
Andrew is deeply committed to his community and actively involved in numerous philanthropic endeavors. He co-founded the Change 4 Children’s Foundation to raise funds for vital child life services at children’s hospitals across the United States. He also serves as the President of the Dorothy W. Gach Charitable Foundation, a Board Member of Heschel Day School, and on the Board of the Wyoming Soccer Association. He is a founding member of the At-Large Development Council for US Soccer and an Advisory Board Member of Vertical Harvest.
