He represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, lenders, landlords, contract counterparties, equity-security holders and asset purchasers in matters involving: real estate developers, industrial companies, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, professional service firms, investment funds, media and telecommunications enterprises and transportation-related businesses. In addition to his practice, Mr. Eckstein is a certified mediator on the panel of mediators for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Eckstein was for many years a partner in the Finance, Bankruptcy and Restructuring group at Blank Rome LLP’s New York office.
