Amy E. Korn is a Senior Associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where she defends our client physicians, hospitals, health care delivery systems, and premier academic medical centers in medical malpractice matters.Amy received her B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 2008 and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining MCB, she represented lenders and financial institutions in residential and commercial real estate disputes. While at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender as well as an Economic Justice/Matrimonial Project Legal Intern at the Sanctuary for Families, Center for Battered Women’s Legal Services, Inc., where she assisted domestic violence victims in obtaining economic support, child custody, and divorces.Amy is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Amy is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
