She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada (on leave applications), and numerous regulatory bodies across the country.Alexandra has acted for and against financial services and professional regulators in investigations, enforcement proceedings, contested registration and licensing matters, judicial reviews and appeals, as well as related civil claims. She is highly knowledgeable about the procedures and decision-making processes of regulatory and administrative bodies, and has advised regulators on policy and procedural matters.
