Alexander Hübner

Alexander Hübner studied at the University of Kiel, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), and he continued his legal training in Kiel, Paris, Heidelberg, Hamburg and Luxembourg. He is currently the spokesman of the Baden-Württemberg chapter of the public procurement association “forum vergabe e.V.” and regularly holds lectures at conferences on public procurement and state aid law in Germany and abroad. From 2012 to 2018, he was the German member of the EU Commission's stakeholder group of experts on public procurement SEGPP. He is a lecturer at Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg.
