Aaron D. Boeder became a member of the Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C., legal team in 2010, focusing his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, mass torts and wrongful death law.Mr. Boeder has helped secure a number of noteworthy verdicts and settlements for his clients. In 2021, Mr. Boeder obtained a $21.05 million jury verdict on behalf of a woman who suffered a spinal injury in a Maywood, Ill. car crash. In 2017, he obtained an $11.25 million jury verdict on behalf of a young boy whose mother was killed in a motor vehicle collision in Rockford. In 2015, he helped to obtain a $15.2 million jury verdict for a client who was struck by a forklift in an incident at Chicago’s McCormick Place Convention Center. The case was appealed by defense counsel and subsequently settled for $19.5 million, including interest accrued during the appeal process.In recognition of his outstanding legal work, Mr. Boeder was recognized in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and has subsequently been named to the Best Lawyers in America list every year since 2022. He also practiced with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 law clerk.
