CHI Franciscan, and the largest EEOC settlement per employee in a sexual harassment case in the Western United States according to the EEOC (1.72 million). In 2011, results included a $1 million settlement for a retaliatory discharge case against a local municipality. In 2008, results included the largest single victim discrimination settlement in the Northwest according to Jury Verdicts Northwest ($1.65 million), and a business tort/trade secrets/wrongful discharge case for $1.65 million.
