Founded in 1965, Smith Currie was one of the first firms to recognize the need for legal services for the construction industry, and one of few that has remained committed to a focus on providing comprehensive legal services in all aspects of construction law. The firm also has an extensive practice in government contracting, environmental law, and commercial litigation. As leaders of construction industry organizations and frequent speakers at industry conferences and workshops, many of the firm’s attorneys bring successful careers as government or private engineering and construction professionals to the practice of law.
