This group oversees the processing of complaints against lawyers. He recently was appointed by the Iowa Supreme Court to the Iowa Attorney Disciplinary Board for a 3 year term ending in 2023. The Board reviews all disciplinary complaints submitted to the Supreme Court and sets forth a recommendation on the outcome of the complaint. Mr. Pothitakis handles dozens of cases a year on a pro bono basis in the area of Iowa Workers' Compensation and encourages his staff to provide assistance and advice without fees as well.
