Oscislawski LLC was founded by Helen Oscislawski, a seasoned healthcare attorney who had the desire and vision to create a modern and progressive type of law firm that is driven by its clients’ needs and energized by its attorneys’ passion and enthusiasm. Oscislawski LLC has built its reputation on our substantial experience with advising clients on federal and state privacy laws. We are considered by many as a leading law firm for legal advice on HIPAA and HITECH, and well as legal issues arising from health information exchange (HIE) and use of health information technology (HIT). But, as many of our clients who hire us first for our experience with privacy laws quickly discover, we are not just about HIPAA.
