Its current team of 4 lawyers and 5 supporting staff handles a wide range of civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts, including commercial and business matters, employment matters, and various negligence matters. Minchella Law also serves as general counsel to physician practices, law firms, and small businesses. Its’ clients include Fortune 50 companies, financial institutions, and small to mid-size closely-held Connecticut businesses. The firm often, though selectively, represents individuals in personal injury matters, construction disputes, and employment matters.The firm was established by its founder and managing member, Anthony R. Minchella (“Tony”), in July 2003, following his years of private with top Connecticut litigation firms including Halloran & Sage, LLP and Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, P.C.Minchella Law’s Connecticut office is centrally located within a 30-minute driving distance of five of the busiest judicial courthouses in the state, and the three seats of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
