Introduction Matheson Keys & Kordzik PLLC is a business/technology law firm formed in 2007 by three attorneys, each with over 33 years of experience at major Texas law firms, for the purpose of providing sophisticated legal services to entrepreneurial enterprises, project developers, investment entities, and universities. Since then, the firm has grown to four principals and three “Of Counsel” attorneys.
