The firm, founded in 1977, has two New Brunswick offices located in Hampton and Grand Manan. The majority of the firm's clientele are from the City of Saint John (20 minutes away), the Kennebecasis Valley and Sussex. The firm members appear in the Saint John Courts daily. David Lutz, Q.C., who specializes in criminal, family and personal injury law, travels throughout the province as much of his practice is referral work. Frank Longstaff specializes in environmental law. All members of the firm are designated federal prosecutors for the Controlled Drugs and Substances, Fisheries, Canada Shipping and other federal Acts. The firm's hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays with a 24 hour day telephone service. Weekend and evening consultations are encouraged. We are available at your convenience.
