Founded in 1948, Lenahan & Dempsey represents seriously injured people throughout Northeastern/Central/South Central Pennsylvania, The Pocono Mountains region and beyond. Our Firm has also been at the forefront of Insurance Bad Faith plaintiff's litigation in Pennsylvania. Lenahan & Dempsey was both trial and appellate counsel in the landmark Bad Faith case Hollock v Erie as well as winning a U.S. Supreme Court ruling (9-0) in the case of Consolidated Rail Corporation v Darrone. The Firm has grown to a staff of over 60 individuals who are dedicated to developing creative strategies and arguments for our clients.
