Her clients are primarily Montgomery and Prince George’s County citizens of all ages involved in divorce, guardianship, custody, property distribution, estate planning and will litigation and administration matters. She is also active in the Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations (currently on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Foundation). Mrs. Fogel has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell, the national lawyers directory, she is listed in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for Maryland, and she has been designated a Maryland Super Lawyer, and recognized in Best Lawyers in America. She has also been part of the Family Law faculty of the Maryland Judicial Institute since 1995. She served on the committee that oversees the implementation of Md. Rule 6.1 regarding Pro Bono and the lawyers of Maryland at its inception. In 1999 the Montgomery County Bar Foundation recognized her for her Extraordinary Commitment to Delivery of Legal Services.
