Our commercial practice is divided into five practice groups: Dispute Resolution and Litigation Property and Projects Construction and Infrastructure Corporate and Commercial and Workplace Relations and Safety. We also have a significant Immigration practice.We have also developed particular skills in certain business areas: Agribusiness Construction and Infrastructure Government and Regulation Hospitality and Tourism Information Technology Media, Entertainment and Advertising Real Estate – ownership and development Superannuation, Funds Management and Financial Services and Transport.We now have as clients at least two major industry participants in each of these areas.We derive significant work from all levels of government. We are on the Commonwealth Legal Services Multi-Use List and provide legal services to Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Comcare, Bureau of Meteorology, Fair Work Ombudsman, the Native Title Tribunal, the Department of Environment, the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Screen Australia.We have been on the Victorian Government legal services panel (in its various forms) since 2002 and are a member of the Transport for New South Wales legal panel (which is effectively the de facto government legal services panel in NSW). We now assist over 15 different government departments and authorities in New South Wales.
