In 2020, Ms. Perczak and the construction defect team obtained a $28.55 million settlement for a Boulder County townhome community experiencing foundation and concrete movement due to swelling soils activated by poor grading and drainage, as well as other defects.Burg Simpson named shareholder Kerry N.
