The firm's founder and principal attorney, Brian G. Miller, has extensive experience representing iron workers, carpenters, and other union-affiliated and non-union construction workers who have sustained head injuries, broken bones, and back injuries resulting from unprotected or unguarded holes, lack of safety railings, lack of lanyards and tie-off equipment, lack of job site communications, warnings, and other OSHA violations. Mr. Miller has represented numerous factory workers due to serious injuries including amputations sustained on unguarded machinery such as presses, conveyors, and similar machines. Mr. Miller has also enjoyed success representing cyclists, triathletes, and other race participants, protecting their respective rights to the road, and recovering significant compensation for damages sustained against careless or aggressive drivers.Mr. Miller is a former Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor where he earned respect for his abilities as a trial lawyer. He has established himself as an experienced and accomplished trial lawyer who is a leader in the field of personal injury law.
