The firm's founding shareholder, Robert Boyers, has been litigating and trying negligence cases for over 25 years. He is a past president of the Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyers' Association, a past director of the Florida Justice Association, a past director of the Dade County Bar Association and is presently the chair of the Eleventh Circuit Grievance Committee "D" of the Florida Bar.
