Bonezzi Switzer Polito & Perry Co. L.P.A. was founded in 1998 and began with eight attorneys and seven support staff members. BSPP has significant appellate court experience and has argued successfully in the Ohio Supreme Court on numerous occasions.BSPP has nine registered nurse consultants who assist the attorneys in organizing and summarizing medical issues in large volumes of medical records which are necessary for most medical malpractice cases. In addition, the nurse consultants work closely with the attorneys to identify expert witnesses and prepare the defense of the case.
