Appleton Reiss, PLLC was founded in 2018 to provide innovative, effective, and affordable legal services to community associations and other entities. Our lawyers have decades of experience providing legal advice and practical solutions for community associations. We represent homeowners' associations, condominium associations, community development districts, special taxing districts, developers, and real estate owners throughout Florida. Our lawyers have experience drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, implementing strategies for collecting past due assessments, minimizing delinquencies, and avoiding and resolving non-monetary violations, addressing contract and vendor issues, resolving disputes with developers, and helping associations strategize, plan, and finance capital improvement projects and deferred maintenance expenditures.While Appleton Reiss represents hundreds of associations of all sizes and needs throughout Florida, we strive to provide personal service and expedient advice to each and every client.
