Woodrow W. "Woody" Vaughan III

Woody Vaughan is a partner in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office, where his practice focuses on public finance transactions, economic development projects and multifamily housing finance. Mr. Vaughan leads the firm's Georgia Public Finance Initiative and has substantial experience in tax-exempt finance for state and local governments; multifamily housing facilities; stadiums; and governmental and nonprofit healthcare, educational and other facilities.
