Dillard of the Georgia Court of Appeals, Athens-Clarke County Superior Court Chief Judge H. Patrick Haggard, and the United States Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of Georgia. He served on the Georgia State Law Review Editorial Board and was a pupil in the Bleckley Inn of Court. Wayne was also a member of the Georgia State Moot Court Board and received the Moot Court Board’s Outstanding Member of the Year Award.Prior to law school, Wayne served as Special Assistant to Governor Nathan Deal.
