While he found scientific research intellectually rewarding, its theoretical nature led him to pursue a career in law as a better vehicle for applying analytical prowess to address real-world issues and drive meaningful societal change.Before joining Keller Rohrback’s Complex Litigation group, Vinh practiced in a variety of areas after earning his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2019. He has served on court-appointed leadership committees for high-profile class actions and mass torts, including the Acetaminophen – ASD/ADHD Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3043) and the Gilead Tenofovir Cases (JCCP No. 5043). Vinh has been instrumental in developing leadership's pre-trial and trial strategies, particularly in areas of causation, liability, and notice. In addition, he handles cases involving antitrust and unfair competition, tackling issues such as anticompetitive behavior, deceptive trade practices, and price inflation. Vinh also brings significant experience in patent and intellectual property disputes and can pursue complex litigation across diverse industries.
