About Valérie
Valérie Charpentier joined the BCF team in May 2018. After completing her legal studies at Université de Sherbrooke and at l’École du Barreau du Québec, she was sworn in during the month of December 2015. Valérie has developed a practice focused on business law. Her expertise extends to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as takeover bids, public offerings and private placements.
