Trey Bolling is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office. He also regularly assists developers and investors in commercial real estate transactions, advising on investment structuring, capital gain planning, exit planning, partnership tax issues, and drafting documentation such as partnership/operating agreements and joint venture agreements. In addition, Trey assists clients with entity formation and structuring, joint venture arrangements, nonprofit/tax exempt issues, and general business planning transactions.Prior to joining Dentons Sirote, formerly Sirote & Permutt, Trey worked at a boutique tax law firm specializing in historic tax credit transactions as well as the national office of a Big 4 accounting firm. While working in the Big 4, Trey advised multinational clients on the tax aspects of spin-offs, acquisitions, internal restructurings, and post-merger integration.
