Timothy Chriss became associated with Gordon Feinblatt in 1976 and became a member in 1983, concentrating in commercial real estate. As a member of the Firm's Real Estate Group, he has represented developers, lenders and governmental entities in connection with the development, purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects, with a particular focus on shopping centers, office buildings, warehouse and industrial properties, and residential developments.Tim is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
