His litigation practice involves a broad range of matters including complex contractual disputes, corporate and governance disputes, real estate litigation, banking litigation, shareholder disputes, defamation, and valuation and dissent proceedings. Tim also maintains a construction law practice, focusing on builder’s lien claims, and an estates litigation practice specializing in in complex accounting and committee proceedings.Tim attended the University of British Columbia (UBC), earning degrees in law and political science, as well as serving as an elected member of UBC’s board of governors and an appointed member of the UBC Alumni Association board of directors.In his spare time, Tim works as an amateur football referee across Western Canada at the junior and university levels, and enjoys spending time with his two young children.
