Thomas "Tom" D'Amore

Tom D'Amore is an experienced and highly effective personal injury attorney licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington & California. He founded D’Amore Law Group in 1994 and has immersed himself in personal injury law, dedicating his time and work to injured people and their families. Tom and his firm have skillfully and successfully represented thousands of clients, and achieved Martindale-Hubbell®’s highest rating, AV Preeminent™, which reflects the highest ethical standards and quality of legal services. Tom is a long-time member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a nationwide organization that promotes a fair and effective justice system. He serves on the Board of Governors, chairs the Audit Committee, and is the former chair of the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway and Premises Liability Section. Prior to becoming the 2010-11 President of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), an Oregon organization that preserves the rights and safety of consumers, Tom served the organization on the Executive Committee member, Board of Governors and the Education Committee. Tom D’Amore is proud to be an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), and a member of the esteemed American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and is a board certified civil trial advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Tom is married and the father of three children. He is a dedicated board member for Good Deeds, an organization that offers financial assistance to seriously injured persons and their families.
