I started my career and practiced for most of it in M&A, securities, and governance within a leading international law firm where I had the opportunity to work for major public and private companies as well as entrepreneurs and innovators. After almost 10 years with this same firm, I had the chance to join the legal department of a company working in AI as Director of Corporate Affairs where I worked on its initial public offering. I joined Blue HF to strengthen and develop a growing M&A department and am confident that my skills and experience will be able to help our clients at all stages of their development.
