Tom Ped is a Member in the Portland office of Williams Kastner, where he focuses his practice on construction and real estate law. He represents a range of construction industry clients—including general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers—assisting them with contract review, payment disputes, and workmanship-related issues.
