About Theresa
Theresa Rava is a Member in Williams Kastner’s Seattle office. She is licensed to practice law in Washington and California. Theresa began her legal career in California handling business litigation, insurance defense, and coverage matters. She has extensive experience litigating matters involving trucking and motor vehicle accidents, construction defect, premises liability, landslides, tree disputes, and breach of contract in both state and federal courts. Theresa also has experience drafting coverage opinions, litigating bad faith and subrogation/contribution matters, and handling attorney fee disputes.Currently, Theresa’s practice focuses on representing insurers in pre-litigation claim and coverage analysis, litigating coverage disputes, defending insurance bad faith claims, as well as litigating trucking and product liability disputes.Theresa received a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School and graduated with honors. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and California. Prior to practicing law, Theresa had a career in corporate finance.
