About Susan
Susan M. Tyler is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. She has more than thirty years of experience in commercial real estate and development, commercial lending, commercial leasing, and title examination. Susan represents developers, owners, lenders, and other business clients in a diverse range of commercial real estate projects across a broad array of asset categories. She has advised clients in construction projects; mixed-use commercial, hospitality, hotel, multi-family, and condominium developments; office buildings; retail and shopping centers; banks and financial institutions; and other real estate matters. She also represents clients in industrial, healthcare, and agricultural transactions. Her representation includes acting as real estate counsel to the developer team in the 2018 construction financing and redevelopment of the iconic World Trade Center in New Orleans as a Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Susan is a licensed title insurance agent, a certified public accountant, and is also licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Florida, and Texas.
