His military service, which included dozens of combat missions and humanitarian efforts, reflects his deep commitment to service and integrity—values he brings to his legal work every day.Steven earned his J.D. from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he received a full academic scholarship, won the school’s mock trial competition, served as a graduate research assistant, and held a leadership role on the Moot Court Board. He also holds degrees in Arabic and music and is an accomplished performer, having played in venues across North America and Europe.
