Stephen L. Waters: Experienced Litigation Attorney in Denver, Colorado
Stephen L. Waters is a seasoned litigation attorney with over two decades of experience in both criminal and white collar defense. Attending Georgetown University prior to his enrollment at the University of Kansas School of Business, Mr. Waters earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration before graduating from the University of Missouri School of Law.
Following his graduation, Mr. Waters served as a Deputy District Attorney in Denver for several years and went on to become Chief Trial Deputy and Assistant District Attorney in the 9th Judicial District. During this time, he tried every felony case within the district, including those in Aspen. His exceptional legal acumen led him to assume the position of Chief Trial Deputy and Assistant District Attorney.
In recognition of his dedication and skill, Mr. Waters was eventually promoted to Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado where he continued to serve as a federal defense attorney. He also co-founded Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C., which allowed him to continue practicing in areas that aligned with his core practice: litigation centered primarily in Denver and surrounding counties, but extending across most western states.
