She has acted for private and public companies in the life sciences and mining & resource sectors, including companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and Canadian Securities Exchange. She has experience advising a broad range of clients, from closely-held private corporations and early-stage start-ups to large publicly listed companies.Steffi received her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia with a concentration in Business Law. Prior to her career in law, Steffi worked in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries in Vancouver. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Specialization in Chemistry.Steffi grew up around business owners and entrepreneurs and has a unique understanding and perspective regarding the needs and objectives of the clients she serves.
