Stefano Amato focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, finance and M&A transactions, with more than 20 years of experience. He has been involved and has acted as leading counsel in many strategic transactions in Mexico, some of them for several hundred million dollars, among which, the sales of insurance companies, pension funds and hotel chains. He has acted as main counsel of large shopping centers, industrial establishments, high tech enterprises, foreign banks, entertainment companies, leading international fashion companies, among others. He acts as director in several Mexican companies, some of which are listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
