About Stacey
Named “Lawyer of the Year 2022” by Best Lawyers in America® and chair of Gawthrop Greenwood’s management committee, Stacey L. Fuller practices in the areas of Municipal Law, Land Use Law, Education Law, and Special Education Law. Stacey represents municipalities, townships, boroughs, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards and other governmental entities, as well as individual developers and residents, on issues such as zoning and other land development matters. She also represents charter and alternative schools and students and their parents in education and special education matters.Stacey moved to the Chester County area in 2004 after residing in coastal North Carolina where she practiced law for 10 years and was a partner in the prominent firm of Hogue, Hill, Jones, Nash and Lynch, of Wilmington, North Carolina. She is President of the West Chester Area Senior Center, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Chester County Bar Foundation as well as the West Chester Area Education Foundation. She previously served on the boards of Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry, Chester County Bar Association, West Chester Area YMCA and Greater West Chester Sunrise Rotary Club. Stacey has been a dedicated supporter of the March of Dimes, serving on the board of March for Babies and as an Ambassador Family for the March for Babies in West Chester, and chairing the Sponsorship Committee and evaluating nominations for the March of Dimes’ Salute to Chester County Women of Achievement.Listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers, Stacey is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. She is a past Chair of the PBA Municipal Law Section and has been elected to the House of Delegates for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Stively, Jr., American Inn of Court.Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Connecticut, where she graduated summa cum laude and was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1995 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2004.
