Silvia Paula Gonzalez Anzola, lawyer from the Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Master in International Tax, Customs and International Trade from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a specialization in Custom Lawfrom the same university. She iscertified by FIBA CPAML - AMLCA (Florida InternationalBankers Association Anti Money Laundering CertifiedAssociate) in money laundering prevention. She has been a professor of customs law at the graduate level for different universities, such as the University del Rosario, Universidad de la Sabana ,Universidad Sergio Arboleda , among others. She is amember of Academic Customs Commission in the Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Tributario y Aduanero (ICDT ICDA) and member of Law Commission and AntiMoney Laundering Commission of FITAC.
