Shaun Partridge, KC is a partner based in our Calgary office. Shaun practices in our Real Estate and Corporate Commercial practice groups and has a practice that encompasses a broad range of sophisticated real estate and corporate–commercial transactions including corporate reorganizations and restructuring, real estate acquisition and disposition, development and financing.Shaun represents investors, developers and end-users with the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of all types of commercial property and has assisted clients in projects such as: development of residential subdivision developments; development of office and industrial parks; development and structuring of numerous condominium projects; and commercial lease negotiations for a wide variety of tenants and landlords.Shaun also provides advice to domestic and international corporations and public institutions in relation to corporate structures and governance, the drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements, private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, start-ups and corporate governance and compliance.
