Seth King is a member of the Firm’s corporate and securities group, working primarily in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and general corporate and business law. Mr. King received his law degree in 2000, graduating magna cum laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, as a member of the Order of the Coif. He also received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, cum laude, from Utah State University in 1997.Mr. King was named one of the top corporate/mergers and acquisitions lawyers in Utah in the 2007-2014 editions of Chambers USA – America’s Leading Business Lawyers.
