His practice focuses on private equity/venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, technology, multigenerational planning and transfers and acting as general counsel for small and medium-sized businesses.With both a law and a business degree from McGill University, Seth Abbey understands the interconnectivity of the two worlds and tailors his legal advice so it is pragmatic and effective.
