Serene Chow has a solicitor’s practice focused on commercial real estate with emphasis on real estate acquisitions and sales, financing transactions and commercial leasing. Her clients range from individuals and privately-held companies to international purchasers and real estate developers.Serene’s commercial leasing practice involves all aspects of commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants, in negotiating lease transactions of office, retail, industrial and mixed use projects. Her practice involves extensive work with several major landlords and asset/property management companies of office towers and industrial and retail properties.In addition to legal work, Serene is also very active in her community and is a mentor to many Chinese law students and associates.
